You shoot it.
We'll do everything after.
Property Media Engine is the first platform where the editing happens inside the pipeline. Upload from the car. It comes back edited, branded, delivered to your agent, and invoiced.
You don't touch it.
Launching soon. Limited places — editing capacity is real, and we'd rather do fifteen well than fifty badly.
The problem
Count your open tabs.
Dropbox. WeTransfer. A spreadsheet you'd be embarrassed to show anyone. WhatsApp to your editor. Another WhatsApp to the agent who's asking where the photos are. Xero. An invoice you forgot to send in March.
The shooting was never the hard part.
Every "all-in-one platform" out there gives you a nice gallery and a booking form — and then hands your files straight back to you. You still have to find an editor. Manage them. Chase them. Hope they deliver before the agent calls.
That's not all-in-one. That's a filing cabinet with a shopping cart bolted on.
The difference
The editing is inside.
This is the bit nobody else does.
Before you even arrive
The booking does the thinking.
It all starts with the booking — and that's where the day gets won or lost. Every job opens with the details already sorted, so you turn up ready.
Postcode lookup
Type a postcode — the address, location and drive time fill themselves in.
Drone flight-zone check
An instant Flight Restriction Zone check, so you know whether you can fly before you leave — not when you land on site.
Weather for the day
The forecast for the shoot date, right on the booking — so you reschedule the washout before it costs you a wasted trip.
The vendor gets prepped — automatically
Add the vendor's details at the booking and we email them prep guides and what to expect on the day: how to have the property looking its best, what we'll need access to, how long we'll be. You arrive to a house that's ready to shoot — fewer surprises, faster jobs, better results.
Who built it
We're not a software company.
I run a property photography business in South Wales. Ninety to a hundred and twenty jobs a month. I've done the 11pm Dropbox uploads. I've chased the editor who's gone quiet. I've had the agent ring me on a Sunday because the listing's going live Monday and where are the photos.
We built the thing I actually needed.
Every other platform in this space was built by software people who read about the problem. We've been living in it.
A warning worth reading
Whose platform are you building your business on?
In 2023, Zillow bought Aryeo — the platform thousands of American property photographers ran their businesses on. They now give a version of it away free.
Ask yourself why a portal would do that. Because the platform isn't the product. You are. Own the workflow, own the media, own the agent relationship — and the photographer becomes a supplier who can be replaced.
Rightmove hasn't done it yet. It absolutely could.
PME exists to arm the independents. We make money when you make money. We have no listings to sell, no portal to feed, and no interest in your agents except getting their photos to them faster than anyone else can.
Your brand. Your clients. Your business. We just run the engine.
What it costs
Priced so it pays for itself.
Most companies we've spoken to are already paying more than this — to an editor they have to manage, on a platform that does none of the work.
Platform
from £39/mo
Your subscription.
Per listing
£3/listing
Each property you run through.
Editing, video and add-ons are quoted to your volume — nothing off-the-shelf. All prices exclude VAT.
The editing is a margin, not a cost.
Your clients can order AI edits — virtual staging, decluttering, social post creation and more — straight from their gallery. You buy the AI from us at wholesale and set the price they pay. The markup is yours — a back-end revenue line that offsets your production costs while the platform does the work.
Full pricing at launch. Founding cohort gets locked-in rates.
The ask
